Interesting Facts
Luis Canas Reserva grapes are harvested from old vines over 40 years old at over 500 meters above sea level. The wine is aged in two stages: first 12 months in French oak barrels, and then 6 months in American oak barrels, which gives the wine complexity and softens the structure. After bottling, the wine is additionally aged in the bottle for another 18 months. Wine storage potential - 10-15 years.
