Interesting Facts
The wine is made from Tempranillo grapes with a small proportion of Garnacha. The berries are fermented at a temperature of 26 °C for 20 days. The wine is then aged in barriques made of French (60%) and American (40%) oak for 12-14 months. After bottling, the wine is aged in the bottle for an additional 9 months.
