Interesting Facts
100% Tempranillo from a separate vineyard, not at all like the classic Rioja. Tempranillo "North Atlantic" style. Fermentation with wild yeast takes place according to the patented technique of winemaker Ricardo Kanter with circulating CO2 inside a steel VAT for the purpose of constant contact with the pulp and gentle extraction of color and anthocyanins from the skin of grapes. Fermentation duration: 30 days at a very low temperature for red wine: +18ºC.
