Interesting Facts
Feudo Arancho Edonis Reserva is the true expression of the Nero d'Avola variety. For its production, the grapes are harvested in 2 stages. Part of the wine is aged in American and French oak barrels for 18-20 months. The second part is a late-harvest grape must that is fermented in stainless steel vats. Blending takes place before bottling, and after bottling, the bottles remain in the winery for another six months. Wine potential is 10-15 years
