Interesting Facts
The grapes are harvested from their own vineyards in Rioja Alta, in the Sajazarra region, in the Cerecillo and Ascarza areas on loam soils. The plots are oriented to the west and east. The age of the vines is 8-20 years. Tempranillo grapes are picked early in the morning by hand and delivered to the winery, then sent to steel vats. After a short maceration, fermentation begins at a temperature of 16-18 degrees to preserve the bright fruit characteristics of the variety.
