Our Chardonnay represents the expression of the territory. It is the only wine that we produce with grapes coming from both volcanic soil and chalky soils. Delicate and floral. Ideal as aperitif. Soave Classico area: basaltic-volcanic soil from marine origin. Ideal high-end wine by the glass: excellent quality/price ratio. This wine has been embellished with a “concept” label that depicts an optical study taken from the Encyclopédie Diderot, a huge encyclopaedia published in the XVIII century, which represents an important achievement following a long period of compiling a universal compendium of knowledge. It is the first example of a widely popular and successful encyclopaedia.
