The grapes for this magnificent Cabernet Sauvignon are harvested from basalt soils at the moment of maximum ripeness. After separating the ridges, the berries fall into a pneumatic press. Maceration on the skin lasts about 15 days. After a 12-day fermentation, the wine is sent to stainless steel vats, where it is aged for six months.
