The liqueur is made using raspberries grown in the Abruzzo region. Local blueberries and blackcurrants complement the berry blend. The berries are steeped in neutral spirit for a long time to extract maximum flavor and aroma. After blending, the drink is brought to 26% alcohol and the desired sugar level. It makes a wonderful digestif and the perfect accompaniment to desserts and soft cheeses.
