The Glen Cooper series is dedicated to the regional styles of single malt whiskey found in Scottish distilleries. Before aging, the whiskey has a lot of grassy notes, somewhat reminiscent of Japanese green tea. Whiskey matured for five years in oak bourbon barrels, which gave the whiskey delicious notes of vanilla and toffee.
