Gin "Greenall's" Original London Dry distilled at one of the oldest distilleries in the UK for more than 250 years. His recipe, created in 1761, is kept secret, it is known only to seven master distillers and passed down from generation to generation. In a perfectly balanced between sweetness and bitterness taste among the various plant nuances can be seen notes of juniper, coriander seeds, Angelica, almond and lemon. Ingredients to create gin "Grinols" come from all over the world. Their actual list cannot be found. "Greenknolls" is also unique in that it is produced under the watchful eye of the only female distiller in the UK-Joan Simcock.
