This sweet sparkling wine is produced in one of the most famous Italian regions - Piedmont. Fermentation of wine takes place in stainless steel vats under strict temperature control. After that, a mixture of sugar and specially selected yeast cultures is added to the wort to resume fermentation. When a certain level of strength is reached, the wort is cooled and fermentation is stopped. The low alcohol level and amazing taste make this wine an ideal summer drink.
